What Is a WiFi QR Code?
A WiFi QR code is a special QR code that encodes your WiFi network name (SSID) and password in a standardized format. When someone scans it with their phone camera, their device automatically prompts them to connect to the network — no password typing required. It's supported natively by iOS (Camera app) and Android 10+ without any additional app.

How WiFi QR Codes Work
The QR code encodes data in the format: WIFI:T:WPA;S:YourNetworkName;P:YourPassword;; where T = security type, S = SSID (network name), and P = password. When a phone's camera app reads this format, it recognizes it as WiFi credentials and triggers the system's "Join Network?" prompt automatically.

Security Types Supported

- Hidden network: Enable this option if your SSID is set to not broadcast — the QR code will include the hidden flag so devices can still find and connect.

- Colors: Change the QR code color from black to your brand color. Keep high contrast between the code color and background.
