How Currency Conversion Works
Currency conversion multiplies an amount by the exchange rate between two currencies. The exchange rate tells you how much of one currency equals one unit of another. If USD/PKR = 278.50, then 1 US Dollar equals 278.50 Pakistani Rupees. Rates fluctuate constantly based on global currency markets operating 24 hours a day, 5 days a week.
